At the recent PAX East game show, SE participated with "Final Fantasy 16", announcing a new trailer and showing a new real-life camera. As part of the event, Naoki Yoshida also revealed the details of two screen modes that Final Fantasy 16 have previously confirmed to have - quality and performance.
When playing in quality mode, Final Fantasy 16 will be played at 4K/30FPS, while in performance mode, it will be run at 2K/30FPS. It is not clear whether SE will add other resolution options in the future.
"Final Fantasy 16" will be released on June 22, and will be available on PS5, and the trial version will be released about two weeks before it is released. The release date of the PC version has not been announced yet.
