"Dark 4" beta feedback: PC performance optimization is good

Dark 4 recently opened BETA early experience. A reporter from the foreign media WCCF finally entered the game after waiting for 148 minutes, although he was disconnected after only playing for nearly 2 hours. However, a foreign media WCCF reporter said that his waiting after playing PC BETA is worth it, whether it is the game screen (this is thanks to the full dynamic lighting) or the PC version optimization is pretty good.

"Dark 4" BETA PC game RTX 4090 Maximum image quality: 45 minutes

Foreign media WCCF reporter first talked about some of the shortcomings of "Dark 4" BETA:

It takes too long to unlock any skill

Before you can only use basic attacks before you reach level 7. He suggested that it would be better to lower it to level 4 or level 5, otherwise it would be too uncomfortable

Some areas worthy of praise:

Once the ability is unlocked, the battle is completely different. The animation effect is silky, and the appearance and sound effects of the weapon are very satisfactory

Among the three major professions, barbarians are the most suitable for their taste. The barbarian is strong and mobile, and can seamlessly switch between a dual-held weapon and two-handed weapon

One of the criticisms of Dark 3 by players is the simplification of character progress. In "Dark 4", Blizzard added a skill tree system, which looks more like "Road to Exile" than a game before the "Dark" series. Each profession has a large number of options that can be adjusted, so users can play in their own style as they like.

The most eye-catching thing about "Dark 4" BETA is that it is the open world, and the game environment is really no longer like a map. Unfortunately, only the Ruifengling area of BETA is open.

BETA provides a massive amount of content, including a dynamic online game-style event that pops up every once in a while, encouraging nearby players to team up and defeat enemies to get generous rewards.

Several dungeons scattered in the Broken Peak Ridge area often offer more difficult challenges, these dungeons are big and complex, and if you are not careful, the boss can even kill you in the 2nd level world (the third and 4th level worlds are locked in BETA)

Finally, optimization

Although "Dark 4" BETA does not support DLSS3, DLSS2 (4K, quality) is enough to keep the i7 12700KF+RTX 4090 at 145FPS, which is of course the highest image quality.
