The story of Nazarbayev being framed (Nazarbayev was framed and rescued in his early years)

The noble man has auspicious appearance, but it is too much but not too much: Nazarbayev was framed in his early years, and someone behind the scenes saved him

In 1984, Nazarbayev was elected Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This appointment was appointed by senior Soviet leaders of Moscow. The top leader of Kazakhstan has the right to make suggestions, but he cannot ultimately control the candidates.

After Nazarbayev became prime minister, he showed an aggressive personality, which made Kunaev, the leader of Kazakhstan at that time, very dissatisfied. Kunaev wanted an obedient prime minister, but Moscow's appointment could not be changed. However, after Gorbachev officially took power, Kunaev always wanted to remove Nazarbav from power, and he neither found an opportunity nor saw the supporters behind Nazarbav.

1. Contradiction

After Nazarbayev became prime minister, his popularity was worried by the No. 1 SJ Kunayev. After all, in Kazakhstan, Kunaev has the final say and controls the interest groups at all levels of Kazakhstan. If Nazarbayev is too prominent, it will inevitably arouse Kunayev's dissatisfaction.

In September 1985, Nazarbayev sent a memorandum to his boss Kunayev, suggesting a large-scale cleanup of the D organization. If cleanup is carried out, many corrupt officials will definitely be investigated and punished, and some incompetent cadres will also be dismissed.

Kunayev was surprised after seeing this memorandum and realized that Nazarbayev had attacked him. So he called him to question: What do you want me to do with these ideas?

Nazarbayev bluntly told Kunaev: Convene a meeting of all regional leaders immediately to solve this problem.

Kunayev looked at the young prime minister in front of him. He spoke for a long time. He told Nazarev that they had worked together for 6 years and should know that Moscow had a good impression of Kazakhstan. If the party members were cleaned up, this good impression would be broken. Kazakhstan may be the first country in the Soviet Union to launch a cleanup campaign.

Nazarbayev and Kunayev

Nazarbayev still did his own way to carry out the cleanup work and carried out a "big cleaning" of Kazakhstan cadres, but Lao Na found that his power in policy implementation and personnel appointment and removal suddenly became stuck. He realized that this resistance came from Kunayev.

In November 1985, Nazarbayev used the meeting in Moscow to meet Gorbachev, and he reported directly to Lao Go: Kunayev does not support his work. After Gorbachev learned about the conflict between Naku, he encouraged Lao Na to face the difficulties and fight with Kunayev. He thinks that these old diehards not only hate Lao Na, but also hate him, soGorbachev suggested fighting these old leaders.

Gorbachev was about to implement reforms at the time. He was dissatisfied with the older leaders and wanted to replace these conservative forces. And young people like Nazarbayev are the backbone Gorbachev needs.

In February 1986, the struggle between Nazarbayev and Kunaev reached a heightened level. Kazakhstan held DDH, and Nazarbayev locked himself in the office for several days and nights. Many people think that Lao Na is preparing for a speech and there will be revelations, but when submitting the speech, no special thing was found.

In fact, Lao Na has prepared the real revelation and is preparing to open fire directly at Kunaev at the meeting. According to the DDH regulations of various parts of the Soviet Union, under normal circumstances, the Prime Minister's speech is a fool of the report of the First SJ. But Nazarbayev criticized Kunayev, who used data and examples to criticize the problems in the agricultural and economic sectors of Kazakhstan, and pointed out the problems of luxury and corruption among senior officials. Lao Na also criticized a minister for his work.

Kunayev

Last Na pointed the finger at Kunaev. Lao Na had great experience in fighting. He first criticized Kunaev's younger brother Askar, who served as the president of the Kazakhstan Academy of Sciences and was in charge of Kazakhstan's industrial research and development planning.

Lao Na accused Ascar of being an alcoholic, drinking often and rarely going to work. But Askar is Kunayev's younger brother, and he turned a blind eye to his lack of work. Launa said that in the last five-year plan, Askar did not sign a certificate for creating inventions. The belief that Askar does not attend the meeting of the ministerial committee has led to the Academy of Sciences not accepting any criticism.

Nazarbayev attacked Kunayev's younger brother, obviously firing at Kunayev. After Lao Na finished speaking, the venue was silent. No one dared to applaud, but many people were worried about Nazarbayev. Even Lao Na's close friends think he should express his opinions in a tactful way.

A few weeks later, many local leaders visited Lao Na privately, welcomed his speech, and promised to support him. But Kunayev and his close friends were very angry. Start firing at Nazarbayev.

Gorbachev and Nazarbayev

2. Framed

In fact, Kunaev had already attacked Nazarbayev. He had heard rumors from the outside world that Gorbachev liked Nazarbayev very much. Lao Na himself also believes that he is protected by Gossip. In fact, this is not the case, because Gorbachev is a person who pleases both sides.

In the fall of 1985, the KGB conducted an investigation into Lao Na. This investigation is secret, and Lao Na concluded that it was done by Kunaev. And investigatedThere are all rumors, such as Lao Na used public money to buy clothes, forced the store owner to give him gifts, and some people said that Lao Na used his power for personal gain and used a large amount of government money to build luxurious graves for his father.

After investigation, these accusations against Lao Na were all false. Lao Na’s parents’ grave is two simple monuments, or built by Lao Na himself. In fact, Lao Na was very cautious and never accepted any gifts, so the KGB did not investigate any evidence.

However, the KGB did not lift the surveillance of Lao Na's family, which Lao Na was very disgusted with. He wrote a private letter to Gorbachev, requesting his resignation as prime minister. Gorbachev quickly sent people to Almaty to talk to Nazarbayev, and the person sent was Varavoy, deputy editor-in-chief of Pravda. In the conversation, Varavoi asked Lao Na to expose the corruption and chaos in Kazakhstan's top leaders through Pravda. Lao Na refused to do so.

Short after Lao Na opened fire on Kunaev at the party congress, various rumors, slander, accusations about him came again, and the accusations against him reached as many as 53. Both the procuratorate and the KGB ordered an investigation into Lao Na. Lao Na felt the pressure from his political enemies at this time.

In the summer of 1986, when Lao Na continued to bear political pressure, his political enemy Kunayev was promoted again. Originally, Gorbachev wanted to retire some elderly people at the Soviet G meeting, including 74-year-old Kunaev. But unexpectedly, Kunaev continued to serve as the number one SJ in Kazakhstan and was appointed as a senior member of the Soviet Union ZZJ.

Kunayev

After Kunaev's status is consolidated, he will not let Lao Na go. In September 1986, Kunaev flew to Moscow to meet Gorbachev, requesting the removal of Prime Minister Nazarbayev, and even described Lao Na as a "dangerous person, and his actions must be stopped."

Gorbachev rejected Kunaev's suggestion. Kunaev once again proposed to let Nazarbayev travel abroad, and even asked him to arrange other work, just to let Lao Na leave Kazakhstan.

In fact, going abroad sounds good, just taking the opportunity to exil Nazarbayev to a foreign country. Whether he can come back is unknown, and it is not ruled out that he will be framed during the trip.

III. Ending

Just as Kunaev was about to remove Nazarbayev from Kazakhstan's top leaders. A high-level delegation from Kazakhstan went to Moscow and directly reported the problems in Kazakhstan and requested Gorbachev to adjust his leadership team. In fact, members of this high-level delegation were opposed to Kunayev.

Gorbachev later recalled that he had no support for Kunaev's suggestion to purge Nazarbayev, and he told Kunaev the criticism of the High Delegation of Kazakhstan to Kunaev. Gorbachev Jean KunayeThe husband went back to hold a meeting and asked senior Kazakhstan officials to come to Moscow to discuss the existing problems.

Kunayev heard Gorbachev's words and realized that he was supportive of Nazarbayev and that he was in office less and less. If he agrees with Gorbachev's suggestion, it indicates that his power will be lost. For the sake of decency, Kunaev asked Gorbachev for retirement. Eight weeks later, Gorbachev accepted the resignation of the elderly First SJ.

Gorbachev wanted Nazarbayev to take over, so he asked Kunayev, who would take over his class?

Unexpectedly, Kunaev thought no one was able to take over him, and suggested that Moscow send a capable Russian to lead Kazakhstan.

But Gorbachev actually submitted Kunaev's suggestion to ZZJ for research, and through Kunaev's suggestion, he refused Nazarbayev as the first SJ in Kazakhstan and sent a man named Kurbin to serve.

Some people once joked that Nazarbayev had a good reputation. Nazarbayev entered politics in his early years and avoided the frame-up of his political enemy Kunayev. In fact, Gorbachev helped Lao Na, and he was also Lao Na’s protector.

Although Lao Na did not take over as the top leader of Kazakhstan at that time, at least his position was retained and Gorbachev would still reuse him. It was Gorbachev who helped Nathan Na later took over as the top leader, which laid the foundation for the subsequent collapse of the Soviet Union and continued to serve as President of Kazakhstan. But good luck is only temporary and it is impossible to give it to Lao Hu for a long time. There is a Chinese saying that goes, "stop when you see it is good", but Lao Na wants to extend power in his family, which is very dangerous.
