Rules of the game:

3. Property When players arrive at unowned land, players can choose whether to purchase it. If you don't buy it, the bank will auction it immediately. The money for the bank is unlimited, but the buildings are limited (32 houses and 12 hotels). The transactions between money, property and bail cards can be made between players.

4. House and Hotel If you have all the same color unsecured land, you can choose to build a house before any player rolls the dice, except for additional rounds that get due to rolling the same points. Houses must be built on the ground with the least amount of houses in the same group, which means that houses must be built on an even-around basis.

5. Cash withdrawal Players can sell the house to the bank at half price. When selling, they still have to maintain the average number of houses in the same color, which means the land with the most houses sold. Players can redeem land before any player rolls the dice, except for additional rounds that are given by rolling the same points. When redeeming the land, you must pay an additional interest of 10% of the mortgage value and enter unconditionally when encountering a decimal.

6. Transaction At any time, players can trade land without buildings with their opponents, and the transactions negotiated first are processed first. Players are not allowed to borrow.

7. Go to prison. You can still collect rent, build a house or trade when you are in prison, but you can't move it. When in prison, players can choose to use a prison pass or pay a 50 yuan fine to get out of prison immediately before rolling the dice. When you are in prison, you can only move (released) by throwing the same number of points, and there will be no additional rounds at this time.

8. Bankruptcy If there is still no sufficient cash to pay the debt after selling or mortgageing all assets, the player declares bankruptcy. When all assets are transferred directly to the creditor, when the mortgaged land is transferred to the creditor, the debt will immediately pay the transaction tax of 10% of the mortgage value.

9. Victory conditions The last player who did not go bankrupt won. At the end of the limited time, the one with the highest total assets will win.
