What is the plot of Assassin's Creed Edward's Pirates (What did Assassin's Creed Edward experience in his entire life)

After writing Egio's story, I was once confused and didn't know how the character aspirations of this series should continue. Although this series has created many heroic heroes, the remaining characters have not left me that deep impression on me except Egio. It has to be said that Egio's epic trilogy has become a peak in Ubisoft's narrative. In the subsequent Assassin's Creed series, although the protagonists still have their own characteristics and are well shaped, they always feel that something is missing when looking at these wonderful stories. However, after a few thoughts, I finally felt that if I didn’t tell the stories of these characters, I would be sorry for Ayu’s hard work. After all, the stories of these fictional characters can be considered exciting.

So let's take a look at this legendary pirate in the Assassin's Creed series - Edward Kenway.

Edward Kenway

Unlike Egio, a nobleman born in the prosperous Italian period of the Renaissance, Edward Kenwiben was just an inconspicuous poor man in the Age of Discovery. Although he was quite charming and was lucky enough to marry a beautiful wife, Caroline, his financially strapped life still forced him to find another way out. The boundless sea in the Age of Discovery makes people fascinated. Although there is chaos, there are beauties, wine, and countless gold - this thing that makes countless people obsessed with losing their lives. Among these things, except for the beauty, Edward desires.

Therefore, in my eyes, Edward Kenway is not considered an assassin. His various fates with the assassin organization can only be regarded as evil fate. What he pursues is not what the assassins pursue. Perhaps some of the assassins he encountered during his pirate career had more or less affected him, and finally contributed his strength to the assassin organization, but he was still a lawless pirate in the final analysis.

Edward's understanding of "everything is allowed" in the creed fully reflects this. He said: "I like this sentence, it sounds like I can do whatever I want and be unrestrained." This man is a pirate in his bones, a genius pirate. He can perfectly interpret pirates, but he is definitely not a qualified assassin.

Although Edward crushed the Templars' plots, helped the assassins to repel the Templars' attacks, and eventually got the name of the assassin, the ultimate goal of his actions was to obtain treasures and return home in glory - saving the world was just a "unintentional act" in this process. Freely driving his own Jackdaw on the high seas, listening to the crew singing melodious boat songs, this kind of life is what Edward likes - of course gold must be indispensable. Perhaps just as the infamous pirate Blackbeard said before his death in this game: "If there is no gold in this world,We have been heroes long ago! "But without this gold, where do these pirates who are free to explore the world?

The end of Edward's story is regrettable, but it is also gratifying. When Edward returned home with the wealth he had accumulated in the sea, he found that Yiren had passed away. His efforts did not allow his lover to enjoy it. Fortunately, he could still take his daughter to start a beautiful life without worrying about food and clothing, which also gave him hope for life. He experienced many betrayals in that chaotic sea, felt many friendships there, and faced a relationship that was difficult to choose.

In the end of the game, he still got a stable home. I believe that after watching the following conversation between him and his daughter, everyone will be able to laugh!

Edward: "I...I'm sorry, I'm not with you."

Jenny: "It's okay, you're by my side now, and we're taking risks!"

"It's just a small adventure, I think I can't bear too many surprises."

"Do you think we will see whales?"

"Yes, we'll probably see."

"Yes! Where is the pirate? Will I see pirates?"

"No, the probability I want to see should be very small."

"Oh, I'm so disappointed. I really want to see the pirates."

"I tell you, Jenny, when this gust of wind is weaker, I will let you control the Jackdaws and teach you some tips before sunset."
