Ride on the activated lift. After going up, open a yellow portal on the slope on the right, and then put the portal under the box to get the box up.

Then open a blue portal below, pick up the box and jump down, using the speed to reach the redcolor button on the platform. Then open a yellow portal on the slope on the left, jump into the blue portal below to reach the platform where the gate is. After entering the next room, first open a blue portal on the wall next to it, then jump up at the entrance of the hole to open a yellow portal on the white wall inside.

Activate the switch after passing and release the box. Then put the box at the intersection of the laser generator and the receiver. Open the door and go to the elevator.
