Yesterday, the public beta of "Diablo 4" BETA was launched for pre-order players. I don't know whether the number of pre-order players exceeded Blizzard's expectations or whether Blizzard's servers were too bad, resulting in many players having to queue up long when entering BETA, and some even waited for several hours.
In addition to the queuing problem, there are also players who say that once they enter the game, they will crash and be unable to connect with friends, resulting in a bad game experience. Blizzard responded to this in the forum, saying that it has realized the long queue and is working to solve the problem.
At the Blizzard Forum, Blizzard Community Manager Adam Fletcher posted a blue post:
"The team is addressing some of the issues behind that have been affecting the players and causing them to disconnect from the server. We are temporarily controlling how fast players enter the game until we completely resolve the disconnect issue.
We are actively addressing these issues on the weekend. Once these issues are resolved, we will be able to increase player inflows and significantly reduce queueing time. ”
Fletcher then provides a list of issues that Blizzard is currently tracking and hopes to resolve as soon as possible, including:
Players sometimes cannot join a team composed of other players in the game
Dropping players will receive an error message saying that their team does not exist
Stutter occurs when players change zones
Some hardware has high memory and graphics card usage
